Morien James

Morien James teaches English in the vicinity of Koga, Ibaraki Prefecture, to the north of Tokyo. His classes are aimed at all ages, from kindergarten and elementary school ages up to adults. He takes the opportunity of the Christmas season to make presentations of the Christmas story very widely, to an audience of up to 400 children and their teachers.

Please give thanks for the many and varied opportunities which Morien has to share the gospel. Please pray for those who are hearing the good news to be fertile soil, ready to receive the Lord's salvation and blessing.

Praise God for the recent baptism of two of Morien's sons Joshua and Timothy, we pray that Daniel and Andrew would decide to follow Jesus too in the near future. Tim’s testimony can be heard on this video:

Grace Koshino, along with her husband Yusuke and their young daughter Ema, live in Urawa, Saitama Prefecture. Grace works part-time at a Japanese E-commerce company. Her family attend Minami Urawa Baptist Church and her husband works for a handy-man agency run by the church pastor.
