Thanks for getting in touch and thinking about how you might want to approach your work colleagues.  

Often, Japanese people have very little experience of Christianity, so you may find that many of your Japanese colleagues, and probably also your Japanese boss, have not met a Christian before and so they may not know what to expect.  

Your opportunity

Japan and the Japanese are among the least-reached peoples in the world with the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ.  As a non-Japanese Christian worker in their company you most probably have much more access to the people you are working alongside than any other Christian could ever hope to have.  You may have noticed that the Japanese often spend a great deal of time at work and often social activities with colleagues after work, too.  The Lord may have put you in the role you have so that you can be an effective witness to him among people who know little or nothing of the gospel.
