Emba Allison went to Japan in 2015 to work as an English language teacher and has been working with a number of schools in the Saitama area.  As well as teaching, she has a burden to assist with mental health issues, outreach through friendship evangelism, gospel choir music and ministry to the homeless.  

Emba is currently working part-time at an elementary school in northern Tokyo as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT). From March 2022, Emba began serving with the counselling work of Tokyo Community Care Center (T3C) which seeks to bring hope, help and healing to those struggling with mental health challenges in Japan.
