Japan Christian Link ("JCL") and OMF International ("OMF") will jointly be hosting a half-day event in central London on Saturday 28th September at St Botolph-without-Aldersgate Church, a two-minute walk from St Paul's Underground Station. The event will take place either from 11 am - 2 pm or 2 pm - 5 pm – precise timing to be confirmed.

It will bring non-Japanese and Japanese Christians together to be equipped and to spend time praying for spreading the good news about Jesus to their Japanese friends, neighbours and work colleagues.

Through informal interviews (in-person and recorded) and panel discussions with Japanese Christians and others involved in ministry among Japanese people, non-Japanese Christians will be able to learn about some of the challenges involved with reaching Japanese people, as well as recent encouragements from ministry to Japanese people. Attendees will also be informed about Japanese-speaking churches in London and the South East of the UK, in order to raise non-Japanese Christians' awareness of the Japanese ministries that could be a useful resource and a valuable partner to help and support non-Japanese Christians in their efforts to bring the gospel to Japanese people.

There will be a mix of people coming along: some of whom have years of experience getting alongside Japanese people to speak about Jesus, others who have none or very little.

Most of the content will be delivered in English, with some parts translated from or into Japanese.

Information on how to book for this event and some additional details about content will be available soon.  Please save the date and join us if you are able to get to central London on 28th September.  If you cannot be there in person, please join us in praying that this event will be a time of encouragement and that much fruitful gospel proclamation to Japanese people will come from it.
